For those who don't know me -- Hi, my name is Alina! 

I'm 29 years old, born and raised in Los Angeles, California. I graduated from Cal State Long Beach with my Masters in Health Care Administration and work full-time as a Clinical Affairs Analyst.

As we welcome 2022, let us not forget how far we've come. It's been an interesting two years, dealing with a pandemic and adjusting to a new "normal." I gave up on this site for a while, as I was struggling with anxiety and trying to figure out how to get back on my feet. But I made a promise to myself this year -- the year of ALINA -- to take risks, never give up, and be ultimately selfish and take care of myself!

I hope to use this platform to share my stories, recipes, and all things that I love.
